Cons: "they put my hand luggage in check-in luggage and broken my hand bag it was brand new was 100 usd price .when i complain at Nairobi about it they refuse to take my complain .can i get compensation for that ?"

Cons: "Some of the most unhelpful, incompetent and unprofessional staff i have ever had to encounter. Honestly the worst flight of my life. NEVER flying with Air Arabia again and I recommend everyone else spend a little more money to fly with another airline to avoid the hastle this airline will without a doubt put you through. I have submitted a complaint with Air Arabia, let us see if they even reply"

Pros: "I liked the fact that the flight was on schedule in spite of the fact that one passenger seemed to cause a delay on forgetting to locate his passport from his own carry on ! I also liked the content shown on the screens as they juggled my ken a bit! Food was to taste despite the cabin pressure! The cabin crew were just amazing!"

Cons: "I did not like the fact that I had to strech my pate and strain my eyes to view the screens. The food was a bit expensive on board unlike online!I feel the variance is unjustifiable. Seats are so squeezed and unadjustable for more comfort!"

Pros: "The staff onboard is great. That is the only thing I have to say about this airline in a positive light. I will not use them again."

Cons: "The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off."

Cons: "If you sit near the back, the choice of main dishes may be limited as they may run out. Not sure how this can be addressed well. But the food was quite good."

Cons: "Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!"

Pros: "Once i got to my seat i was seated by a smelly person and the flight attendant did move me to another seat upon my request."

Cons: "Trying to get on the flight was frustrating because there’s no organization! The thing i did not like was that they made us put the cover to the window up like 30 minutes before landing and the sun was directly in my eyes! I tried to put it down half way and the flight attendant made it a problem."

Cons: "The boarding was cancelled due to 5 hrs before visa arrival time and forcefully called no show."

Pros: "The crew was amazing, there's one lady crew that's super friendly. Met great passengers too. Was seated at 71 F, the gentleman next to me was great Mr 71 G. Just wished was able to say goodbye to him. Fl EY455 9/3/19. He was heading for Beirut and me to LHR. JUST wish for an ETIHAD CONNECTION. Thanks."

Cons: "The waiting lounge had no info on the outside. We came early, was seated close to the door and I served as the info person."

Cons: "14 hours connection time and they don't offer hotel/meal accommodation that airlines like Qatar Airways do. I inquired about the hotel within the airport and it costs $300 for 8 hours. Ridiculous. There is no place to sleep properly in the airport, I saw people laying down on the floor."

Cons: "If a flight was delayed you should arrange something to enhance the security check procedure for the passengers of connecting flight. Qatar airways had done that for the passengers."

Pros: "Both planes had USB ports for charging phones. Food was better this time."

Cons: "The experience with travel agent (vayama) was worse than etihad, everyone know that etihad is not the same level like before, but booking through kayak- bayama was the worst where they didn’t reply on all my emails/ even wheb they did they didn’t answered mg questions, they couldn’t help if i want to book my seat or change my return flight. This is not my fiest time to use kayak app but this time was thr worst and it changed my mindset about travel agents, unfortunately my friends were correct when they said to book directly through airline not kayak..!!!"

Cons: "Bo Entertainment at all. Seats are inconvenient. Food is horrible. Tea or coffee is charging separately. Therefore everybody brings food to the plane and eating different food. The whole plane smells like you are in the kitchen. Newer will use this flight."

Cons: "boarding was not good, all times using buses. people inter plant from back entrance and front entrance and they meet at middle of plane with a lot of delay."

Cons: "This one has multiple problems: 1. First no one clearly tells you where to go for FlyDubai flight and you really have to fight your way to get this information. 2. Then when you know that you have to go to terminal 2 for this flight, it takes them minimum 45 minutes to transport you from emirates terminal to terminal 2. 3. FlyDubai staff in general is less courteous and cooperative than emirates. 3. T2 is minimally maintained terminal with even basic amenities missing in some parts of terminal. 4. It also feels less secure."

Cons: "No leg spaces even for children. You can’t get even one glass of water for free. Pay or die."

Cons: "The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Cons: "Everything. I booked a flight Prague to Dubai and return with Emirates and flew Prague to Dubai on a very nice Emirates A380 800, nice seats, nice "free" food and drink profesional crew. Return was coad shared on cheap FlyDubai, bad seats, kept hitting my knees on the seat in front had to buy drinks and snacks. If I wanted a cheap airline I would have booked it. I will make sure when booking an Emirates flight if it is code shared with Flydubai I will look for another flight."
